JSC United Transport and Logistics Company – Eurasian Rail Alliance (UTLC ERA) is a forwarding company. It is an operator of transit container services between China and Europe, performing transportation of goods through the territory of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belorussia, as part of regular container trains from China to Europe (5430 km) per 5.5 days. The founders on an equal footing are JSC «RZD», «Belarusian Railway» and JSC «NK Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» (each owns 33.33% of shares).

During 2020, the volume of traffic amounted to 547 thousand TEU, showing an increase of 64% compared to 2019.

UTLC ERA supports various projects in the field of cultural and sustainable development of the countries in New Silk Road. For example, as part of the development of the environmental initiative "KeenOnGreen", together with WWF, a project was created and successfully implemented to restore the population of Tugai deer in Kazakhstan.

As far as environment-friendly initiatives are concerned, it is worth mentioning ERAI Index: this is a tool developed by UTLC ERA, enabling  the collection of statistics concerning carbon monoxide emissions.

For 2020, the CO² emissions by UTLC ERA are close to value 36.4 thousand tons: the equivalent transportation by car would account for 3,240 thousand tons, while by air transportation – 19,231.9 thousand tons.

JSC United Transport and Logistics Company – Eurasian Rail Alliance (UTLC ERA) was created on 2 April 2018 after restructuring JSC United Transport and Logistics Company (JSC UTLC), that was founded on 13 November 2014. UTLC ERA is UTLC’s legal successor in operating transit container services.

"UTLC ERA"股份公司于2018年4月2日成立，这是由于"UTLC"股份公司的重组，后者于2014年11月13日成立。

本届博览会同期举办第5届中国（西安）智慧交通博览会，参展参会单位400多家、专业观众30000余人，配套举办共建“一带一路”陆海联运大通道合作论坛暨中欧班列与多式联运峰会、西部智慧物流科技与智能仓储发展论坛等近十场主题论坛和西部物博会“第二届叉车技能大赛”、西部物流装备集采展洽会、对接洽谈会、客商参观考察等活动。
